Policies and FAQs

  • Admission
    All guests entering RHHS Arena must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. Guests should retain their tickets to verify proper seat location. Re-entry to the arena is prohibited. Children under the age of two years old do not need a ticket to enter if they sit in parent/guardian's lap. Any guest 2+ will require a ticket.
  • Alcohol Policy
    Alcohol is restricted from the arena and will not be sold.
  • Bag Policy
    Bags must be clear. All items inside bags are subject to search by security.
  • Cameras and Phones
    While professional cameras are not allowed, personal cellular devices with cameras are allowed. Recording is allowed only on phones.
  • Gate Open Time
    Gates will generally open 60 minutes prior to the event starting. This may vary depending on the type of event being hosted.
  • Lost and Found
    During events, the Lost and Found can be located at the Customer Service Center near Gate 2.
  • Media Credentials
    If you wish to apply for a media pass, please fill out the contact form. .
  • Refunds
    All tickets are ineligible for a refund unless the event is cancelled.
  • Wi-Fi and Internet
    Wi-Fi is not available for customers. Please use your cellular data if applicable.
